HALAL Issue ( Must Read)

Here it goes :


I was instructed to do a follow up regarding halal issue on two companies are selling halal certificate . The thing that amaze me is, according to Akta Perihal Dagangan 1972, no exclusive right is given to any side or party to issue a 'halal' certificate.


Which means, its not a crime to buy the cert as long as you follow rules and regulations
