No more h1n1 in Malaysia?

Here it goes :

When H1N1 struck Malaysia, my boss always instructed me to do the same thing everyday.
"Hey , call every bureau and ask them what's the latest h1n1's statistic in their area,"..

Why? Because the statistic will be published the next day so that people in Malaysia will be informed with the latest info. *I used to work with Utusan fyi*..

During those days, people were scared that they will be infected as H1N1 is a deadly epidemic. They even scared to go out to public places. Kids were prohibited from playing outside.

Gov started to announce safety steps to be taken such as..



Some schools and offices were closed, mask, soap and tissue's sales increased tremendously ..

But , what about now? Does h1n1 has been forgotten?

What do you think fellas? Do you still remember H1N1 ?

Grissom VS Mac VS Horatio

Okay so who are they? If you don't have any idea well its okay, maybe you're freak :s (izzit/well/oyeah).

I started became one of the CSI freak when I was in Form 5 ( 2002 ). Back from school, jumped in front of the tv and switched to AXN. And wallah, CSI , I just love that show.

Years went by, and people started to know more about CSI brand. From Vegas, Jerry ( Brukheimer ) developed two more CSI team based in Miami and New York. Will there ever be CSI Kuala Lumpur? or CSI Kuala Lipis ?

Who are the names I mentioned in the title ?

Gilbert "Gil" Grissom, Ph.D. is a fictional character portrayed by William Petersen on the American TV crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Grissom was a forensic entomologist and the night-shift supervisor of the Clark County, Nevada CSI (forensics) team, investigating crimes in and around the city of Las Vegas. Should I change my blog's primary language from my to en ?

Recently I joined a community site called BloggerUnited which is a site that gathers all blogger in Malaysia and all over the world. It was suggested by a blogger JejakTrend.

Fyi, when I started to blog, I mix English and Malay depends on the post, then I decided to move to a new host called http://bub.my and I have imported all the previous posts and moved it to the new site, that's why you can see this blog has only 5/6 posts overall.

Since BloggerUnited is an international site, should I change my language to make sure it is understandable by others?
Or just let it be like this?

Sekolah aliran cina utk anak2 aku

Here it goes :

Agaknya benda ni masih terlalu awal untuk aku fikirkan, tapi aku dah lama rancang, even dah bincang dengan cha ( tunang aku ).

Kenapa sekolah cina? Well, ni hasil pemerhatian aku:

1) No offense, komuniti melayu ada kelemahannya, sorry for the provoke statement, tapi itulah realitinya. Mudah sangat berpuas hati, mcm dulu sekolah rendah aku, aku puas hati dengan 5A ? Tapi bila aku masuk sekolah asrama penuh, rasa mcm level 5A aku tu tak seberapa ( betul tak fizah? ) Masuk sekolah tu, kena amik ujian penilaian dan terbukti aku tak secermelang pelajar 5A yang lain. Dan buat aku malu.
Jadi aku rasa pencapaian pelajar 5A budak melayu hanya utk mencapai 5A tu saja, ( susah nak faham kan? ).Tapi pelajar sekolah rendah cina lain, 5A dorang berkualiti, di sertakan dengan kerja keras dan latihan yg betul2 mendera mental dorang. Tabik ah.. Mcm aku dulu, belajar main2, kadang2 mak aku tengok aku tengah buat latihan matematik.. Tapi dia tak tahu bawah buku tu terselit dragonball.. Kekkeke. Kalau kat sekolah pun aku dok baca komik, apetah lagi kat rumah. Main game nintendo.. Main layang2, gasing.. Tapi still 5A? Yang pada aku tak berkualiti. Aku rasa malu.

2) Chinese student tak kejar 5A, sebab dorang paling kurang ada dua tiga mata pelajaran extra, so dorang akan target 7,8 A.. Means extra works. Better than ordinary huh?

3) Language barrier, well, org selalu cakap english is the lingua franca you need to learn and masterize, bagi aku plak english and chinese ( mandarin / cantonese ) alongside our malay language.
Aku nak anak aku faham bahasa2 ni. Amik contoh dua situasi yang aku pernah lalui.
I) Aku pernah bekerja dekat cybercafe yg ada mesin judi yang dikontrol oleh gangster kolar putih cina ( no offense ) dan aku di jaga oleh dua org kawan aku yg faham bahasa cina eve tho dorang melayu, lalot a.k.a yus dan remy///. Sebab tu aku selamat walaupun aku pernah kene kurung (whoa!) Tu belom nak sebut pasal 36 lagi kan ;)

II) Pengalaman kerja celcom as a customer service executive. Basic: rm1.4k , night, transport allowance. Dan yang paling menarik perhatian aku, extra rm300 for those who can speak mandarin. Advantage utk chinese colleague dan mandarin speaker. Kan extra bonus kat situ, bukan aku nak suruh anak aku keje celcom, tapi at least they have extra credits kan :).

Kita hidup kat malaysia multiracial,1malaysia bla bla, tapi warisan , darah kita yang kadang2 aku tengok jadi barrier. Aku rasa orang melayu ni manja, aku cukup marah bila PPSMI dimansuhkan. Oh come on lah, every journey starts with the first step, ni baru satu dua langkah dah terjatuh, tak nak bangun dah. Mcm pwaker je.
Dan artikel dari utusan malaysia ada sebut pasal sekolah satu aliran. Adoh. Ok niat mmg baik nak menyatukan semua kaum. Tapi korang pun leh pikir implikasinyer.. Kalau korang nampaklah.

Adik aku yg singaporean tu chinese speaker, anak tengku fadilah chinese speaker, even dorang kecik, tapi once you talk or discuss something serious with them, you can see the differences of chinese school's product.

Oh yea, kenapa setiap negara besar ada china town ek? Hehehe

( Aku biase taruk gambar2 sikit utk spice up kan posting aku, tapi tunggu la aku ngadap laptop nanti. )

diari seorang salesman (part 1)

Here it goes :

Selalunya kalau kita makan di gerai2, atau kedai2 makan.. Mesti ade orang datang promote barang2. Tak kisahlah buku ke, vcd ke, tali pinggang ke.

Sesetengah org akan rasa benda ni sangat annoying, ada jugak yg sanggup melayan. Aku pernah merasa pengalaman ni, sebab aku penah jadi salesman. Berjalan berbatu2 mencari customer yg ada potensi utk membeli, kena marah, hina, halau mmg standard.

Macam2 pengalaman gak aku dapat hasil kerja ni, yang pasti, kerja ni bukan kerja yang hina =). Len kali gua sambung.

Promoting blogs

Here it goes :
Dalam aku merayau2 di alam siber mencari blog2 yang menarik utk dijadikan santapan minda, aku terjumpa satu blog yang bagi ku agak menarik.



Gaya penulisannya membuat kan aku 100% tak percaya owner blog ni ialah seorang lelaki berbangsa cina yang tengah study dalam Form 6.

Isi blog yg simple dan menarik, terasa mcm aku ni jauh level dari dia. ehehe

Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM)

Here it goes :
Hoho, nampak gaya SPRM berjaya mencapai reputasi selaku badan yang digeruni oleh kaki2 rasuah, kaki2 korupsi.

Aku masih ingat tahun lepas, sewaktu SPRM baru dilancarkan, aku kene call timbalan dia Datuk Ahmad Said , dengan bersungguh-sungguh Datuk ni terangkan fungsi sebenar, peranan, apa perbezaan SPRM dan BPR . Memang aku kagum.

Tapi sejak kes TBH tu, ramai org mula serang SPRM, apetah lagi kaki2 korupsi tu, lagi la syok dorang ada point . gegege

Terbaru , SPRM tabley soal saksi selepas waktu pejabat.





Bekas Pengarah Badan Pencegah Rasuah (BPR) Negeri Sembilan, Akhbar Satar berkata, mengehadkan waktu para pegawai SPRM menjalankan tugas hanya akan mengganggu proses siasatan.

Ini kerana katanya, saksi berpeluang menghapuskan keterangan atau bukti dan lebih buruk lagi melarikan diri semasa penangguhan sesi soal siasat.

Beliau menambah, SPRM bukan berperanan seperti jabatan pentadbiran, sebaliknya merupakan sebuah badan siasatan profesional yang memerlukan pegawainya bertugas 24 jam.



Korang pun buleh pikir, sape yg takut sekarang ;P

UPSR

Here it goes :

Waktu sekolah rendah dulu, aku buleh di katakan , seorang pelajar yang excel.

Darjah 1, nombor 1. Darjah 2, nombor 1. Darjah 3 aku down sikit pasal mata dah mula rabun, nombor 6. Darjah 4, rabun kronik, nombor 20lebih.. Darjah 5 , pakai spek, nombor 1. Dan Darjah 6 tahun 1997 di Sekolah Rendah Ibrahim Sungai Petani, UPSR tapau 5A.

Masa tu buleh kata, di layan mcm anak raja. gegege, mak buat pulut kuning kat kampung, ayah bagi hadiah gameboy. Balik JB nenek muke penuh riak ckp aku la cucu kesayangan bla bla.

Dan aku dapat masuk sekolah berasrama penuh dekat Sg Petani. Sekadar share memori ngan korang.

Apa yang aku lalui, aku rasa kalau seseorang budak tu excel dengan cemerlang di waktu sekolah, ada kemungkinan dia akan slow pada waktu seterusnya. Maybe itu hanya aku, or maybe ada logic nya statement aku di situ .
